Frequently asked questions

What industries do you serve?

On Site Medical & Safety supports offshore energy, oil and gas, maritime, construction, pipeline, mining, industrial, government, and remote operations where medical, safety, logistics, or workforce readiness support is required.

Can we use one service, or do we need a full integrated program?

Services can be deployed individually or combined into a larger integrated program. Clients may need a single offshore medic, Topside Direct physician support, a sick bay audit, a MERP, HSE technicians, occupational medicine support, or a complete medical, safety, and logistics program.

Do you provide 24/7 physician oversight?

Yes. On Site can support remote medical operations with 24/7 physician consultation, clinical escalation, treatment authorization, medevac decision support, and case review through its physician-led oversight model.

Do you support offshore medical examinations and workforce readiness?

Yes. On Site supports pre-placement and periodic examinations, OEUK/OGUK medicals, fitness-for-duty, return-to-work, safety-sensitive medication review, medical surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, and MRO-supported workflows.

Can you outfit or manage an offshore sick bay?

Yes. On Site can support sick bay outfitting, medical equipment readiness, medication inventory, controlled-drug chain of custody, restock cadence, expiration tracking, and audit support.

Do you develop Medical Emergency Response Plans?

Yes. On Site supports Medical Emergency Response Plans, medevac pathways, receiving-facility coordination, drill support, tabletop exercises, live-response coordination, and after-action reporting.

What safety and HSE personnel can you provide?

On Site can support HSE technicians, safety supervisors, fire watch, H₂S technicians, confined-space attendants, permit-to-work coordinators, rescue teams, and emergency response personnel.

How quickly can you mobilize?

Mobilization depends on scope, location, credentialing, equipment, and client requirements. Smaller placements may mobilize quickly, while larger integrated programs follow a structured mobilization plan covering scope definition, credentialing, sick bay readiness, protocols, reporting, and testing.

Do you provide reporting and dashboards?

Yes. On Site can provide reporting across clinical activity, fitness-for-duty status, sick bay readiness, MERP exercises, HSE activity, audit findings, KPIs, and corrective actions.
